About the Role:

Client Servicing and Activations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Servicing:

Manage key accounts across Talent endorsements, Team sponsorships, and Consulting partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to consistently meet client expectations, while enabling the Sales team to identify opportunities for long-term brand associations within sport.

• Activations:

Develop innovative sport activation ideas for existing brand partners across all Team assets, while also identifying new opportunities for the Sales team to pitch to brands. Facilitate brand consultancy projects and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to plan and execute digital and on-ground activations. Work towards creating high-impact activation concepts that can set new benchmarks and become case studies in Indian sport.

• Client Servicing and Networking Events:

Conceptualize and execute annual networking event properties across all Team assets and JSW Sports.

• Licensing and Merchandising:

In collaboration with the Sales team, identify potential licensing partnerships for Team assets and ensure smooth post-deal servicing. Work with the Design and Marketing teams to develop a sports merchandise range for Team assets, and contribute towards driving sales and building aspiration around the merchandise portfolio.
