As a Customer Service Representative at Ramesh Watch Co., located in KPHB, Hyderabad, your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers through phone and chat, resolving inquiries, and addressing any issues or complaints professionally and empathetically. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support by offering information on delivery timelines, service pricing updates, and service schedules for watches. - Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a professional manner. Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to explain solutions and respond to customer inquiries effectively. - Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Education & Experience: - Minimum requirement is Intermediate Pass. - Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. - Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a plus. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be working full-time from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM in an office-based environment at KPHB, Hyderabad. Some weekend shifts may be necessary based on business requirements.,
