We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our KPHB office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented assistance to customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are crucial aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone and chat. - Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, updates on pricing, and service schedules. - Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain solutions and respond to customer inquiries professionally. - Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Education & Experience: Minimum requirement is Intermediate Pass. Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is beneficial. Working Conditions: - Full-time position: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. - Work Environment: Office-based at KPHB, Hyderabad. - Occasional Weekend Shifts may be required based on business needs.
