Client Service/Project Coordination

As an Architectural Draftsman in our company, your role involves making on-time deliveries of construction drawings for exhibition stands and furniture. You will utilize architectural drafting software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc., to create accurate and detailed construction drawings. It is crucial to interpret and translate conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and plans, ensuring that the design intent is preserved in the final construction documentation. Your responsibilities will also include co-coordinating with 3D designers, graphics designers, and client-coordinators. You are expected to generate plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary documents to convey project specifications effectively. Clear communication with project team members to clarify design details and resolve potential issues is essential for the successful completion of projects. To maintain an organized workflow, you will be required to organize and maintain a well-structured documentation system for all project-related files. Archiving and cataloging drawings and revisions for future reference will also be part of your duties. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Preferred) Experience Required: - 2 years in Architecture (Preferred) - 2 years in Client Service (Preferred) - 2 years in International communications (Preferred) - 3 years in AutoCAD (Preferred) Additional Details: Our company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
