Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance servicing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and industry regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in insurance management software and CRM tools. Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights to improve service efficiency.
