We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The candidate will work closely with the Client Servicing Manager to manage day-to-day client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Knowldege of programmatic advertisement
Cross selling abbilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, DV360, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Good problem-solving skills and a client-first approach.
