Urgent Hiring | Business Development & Client Servicing Executive / Manager

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 (Depending on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and growth-oriented Business Development & Client Servicing Executive/Manager to support our expansion. This role is crucial in acquiring new clients—especially within Corporate and PSU sectors—and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and supporting smooth project execution while upholding Together Events’ standards and values.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate & PSU segments
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct client needs assessments and propose customized event, exhibition & PR solutions
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead to proposal stage

2. Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align deliverables with client objectives

3. Project Coordination (Mumbai-based)

  • Act as client liaison for assigned projects
  • Ensure smooth handover between clients and internal teams
  • Provide minimal on-ground support for Mumbai-based events when required

4. Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations
  • Present solutions to clients and support negotiations

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates
  • Prepare sales and client engagement reports for management
  • Coordinate invoice follow-ups and payment closures

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint (CRM knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong interest in Events, Exhibitions, or PR industry
