Job Description

You Will Be Responsible For:

Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Analyzing investment performance data, portfolio holdings, and market trends to provide insightful commentary.
Collaborating with portfolio managers, compliance teams, and data analysts to gather and validate data.
Managing and improving reporting processes, including automation and standardization where possible.
Assisting in the development of customized reports for high-profile clients.
Supporting the implementation of new reporting tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responding to client queries related to reports, performance metrics, and data discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to client reporting.

The Experience You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client reporting, investment operations, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience with reporting platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and financial databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and performance measurement is a plus.
