Role- Client Relationship Manager (Agency experience is mandatory)
Tenure- 3 months (contractual)
Location- Sector 142, Noida (work from office only)
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary liaison between the platform and external clients
-Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
-Coordinate with internal teams — content, marketing, ad sales, and tech — to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables
-Monitor client performance metrics and campaign effectiveness; share insights and improvement plans
-Resolve client concerns and troubleshoot any issues related to operations or campaign performance
