About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, service excellence, and issue resolution. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and postgraduates who are eager to start their career in client servicing, communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
✅ Acquire new clients via direct contact, referrals, and word-of-mouth.✅ Negotiate with clients to secure beneficial terms.✅ Conduct quality assurance on delivered documents (research articles, review articles, books).
✅ Keep clients updated about new services and offerings.✅ Lead/coordinate with a team of representatives providing client support.✅ Resolve client issues with effective and timely solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Freshers encouraged to apply
Knowledge of research, theses, or journals is a plus.Strong written & verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Research and development mindset.
