Key Responsibilitie

• sTake complete ownership of inbound booking inquiries coming through the website
• .Engage with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand event requirements, artist preferences, budgets, and timelines
• .Proactively follow up with clients and maintain a high-touch approach to close leads
• .Pitch the most relevant artists based on client preferences and event brief
• .Handle negotiations and guide the client through the booking and payment process
• .Liaise with artist managers to check availability, pricing, and logistics
• .Maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating the lead status, notes, and conversion funnel
