Client Relations Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Relations Intern to join our IT services team. The role involves supporting client communication, coordinating with project teams, ensuring service satisfaction, and helping maintain strong, long-term client relationships. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to understand client management and service delivery processes within an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day client interactions through email, calls, and CRM platforms.
• Support the Client Relations team in tracking ongoing IT and digital projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Web Development, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Design) for client requirements and updates.
• Prepare client communication materials, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain client databases, records, and follow-up schedules.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve service quality.
• Assist in client review meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
• Support the team in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as website development, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
