Client Relations - Demat

As a Client Relations - Demat professional at our Padivattom, Edapally location, you will be responsible for handling client grievances, demonstrating expertise in Capital Market and Stock Market knowledge, managing Demat & Dematerialisation processes, ensuring KYC & KRA compliance, and conducting physical verification of forms. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required. Fluency in English, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is crucial. Additionally, a deep understanding of Capital Market, Stock Market, and broader financial markets is necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 20,000 to 30,000 per month. As part of our benefits package, you will receive health insurance and Provident Fund coverage.
