Looking for a Client Relations Assistant who can handle client communication and provide smooth support across emails, chats, and calls. The role requires someone who is comfortable with basic computer work, has a good laptop, and brings a sense of accountability and professionalism.
- Respond to client emails and chats in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with client interaction and relationship management
- Handle basic shilling/outreach tasks as assigned
- Maintain and update records on Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for client-related tasks
- Ensure smooth communication flow and client satisfaction
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Ability to take ownership and work responsibly
- Professional attitude with good time management
- Prior experience in client relations, support, or similar roles (not mandatory)
