Client Relation Executive & Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage daily client enquiries (via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins)
• Generate leads and onboard new clients
• Make courteous, timely follow-up calls to prospective clients
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up trackers using Excel or Google Sheets
• Coordinate with internal sales/design teams to ensure seamless communication
• Present a warm, professional, and brand-aligned experience to every customer

Who We're Looking For

• This role is open to women candidates only
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Soft-spoken, confident, and client-friendly communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Prior experience in telecalling, client coordination, or front desk is preferred
