Description
As a member of Cisco's Asset Management Services team, you will have the opportunity to empower customers with actionable insights regarding their Installed Base (IB) to enhance the value, security, and performance of their Cisco assets. Leveraging cutting-edge analytics and industry-leading data sources, you will assist customers in mitigating risks, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and ensuring operational excellence. Your collaborative and customer-centric approach will play a vital role in enabling Cisco's recurring revenue business and facilitating transformation across global organizations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate IB management by validating customer assets, contracts, and coverage, leading the implementation of Asset Management Services for new customers, and aggregating IB data from various sources. Additionally, you will deliver valuable business insights, resolve MACD discrepancies, drive continuous improvement in IB data management processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service. Through generating detailed reports and dashboards, you will effectively communicate insights to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through client calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and on-site visits. - Take ownership of customer IB data accuracy and execute action plans for data cleanup and maintenance. - Aggregate and reconcile IB data from diverse sources for a comprehensive view. - Create and present reports using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Power BI. - Collaborate cross-functionally with CX teams, Sales, partners, and other departments to achieve high-quality outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: - 6+ years of customer engagement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in asset management or related fields. - Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and audits. - Experience with Tableau for reporting; familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools. - Proven ability to analyze large raw datasets and conduct comprehensive data analysis. - Demonstrated track record in leading client interactions and influencing stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Cisco's Installed Base management tools and processes. - Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate insights. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex customer engagements. - Knowledge of Cisco's recurring revenue business and lifecycle management strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project and time management abilities. Working alongside customers, partners, internal teams, and cross-functional teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor for Cisco's Asset Management services.
