Client Onboarding Support

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Onboarding Support position at IndiaBizForSale in Ahmedabad. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for communication with the clients, guiding them through our onboarding process, and ensuring their successful integration onto our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Help customers define their needs and requirements. - Engage on phone calls, emails, and chat to ensure customers are assisted during the onboarding process. - Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use during onboarding customers. - Own and manage customer relationships.
