As a Client Onboard Analyst 1 at our company, you will be a trainee professional with a good understanding of processes, procedures, and systems. Your role involves processing client requests, cooperating with internal partners, responding to inquiries, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with bank regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Processing clients requests related to system set up, signatories updates, and documentation lodgment. - Co-operating with internal partners to perform systems maintenance for account opening and maintenance processes. - Providing responses to client and internal inquiries. - Preparing documentation for archiving. - Applying appropriate bank regulations while processing requests. - Staying up to date with current procedures, rules, and regulations. - Documenting operation procedure updates. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through strong product and process knowledge. - Identifying and suggesting process improvements. - Co-operating with and supporting other teams as instructed by supervisors. - Participating in projects, trainings, conference calls, and system testing. - Coordinating projects around internal processes. - Participating in user acceptance tests of new systems. - Executing day-to-day responsibilities effectively while developing a broader knowledge of work context. - Assessing risks and ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in financial services preferred. - Knowledge of bank products for opening and maintaining accounts. - Customer communication experience. - Knowledge of finances and banking. - Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty. - High attention to detail. - Good PC skills (Excel, Word). - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
