Role Overview:

We are hiring a Client Meeting Coordinator to arrange and manage Zoom meetings with our clients. This is not a sales target job. Candidates from hospitality, front office, or customer service backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize Zoom meetings with clients.
• Share meeting links and reminders.
• Follow up with clients in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Zoom, Email, WhatsApp).
• Hospitality / client service experience preferred.

Working Hours:

• Timmings: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday Timmings: 10 AM - 2 PM
• 4th Saturdays Off
