Client Manager for Stock Market Firm - AngleOne

We are a registered and authorized person with Angel One, one of India's leading broking platforms, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Client Manager to help us manage our client base, drive KYC completions, and increase sales of broking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to client calls, assisting with broking services, share market trading, and Angel One platform navigation
• Increase KYC completion rates for new and existing clients, ensuring full compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales of Angel One broking services and products
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service
• Achieve performance targets related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience with Angel One or other broking platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to explain complex financial products in simple, clear terms
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and KYC goals
• Familiarity with the share market and broking industry trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
