Job Description

As a Client Implementation Specialist at Deutsche India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in onboarding Corporate Bank clients by implementing APIs end-to-end, integrating clients technically, managing technical client onboarding, validating financial message formats, and providing Level 1 support for client calls and queries. You will be responsible for monitoring certificate expirations, coordinating renewals, executing setup changes, and resolving issues by initiating internal queries within Deutsche Bank. You will oversee a portfolio of client projects, collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, execute Service Level Agreements and product-specific documentation, lead and support the team through training, and serve as an Implementation Owner in an agile team to deliver product builds that support business growth. Your role will also involve providing ongoing support for existing customers on cash management platforms, coordinating technical investigations, resolving complaints, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and configuring clients in test systems. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, at least 2 years of customer service experience within a Corporate Investment bank, and fluency in English. You should also possess knowledge of communication protocols, REST API integration, file transfer protocols, SQL, Unix, security protocols, networking, corporate cash management, TLS certificate management, encryption/decryption, and encryption/signing using PGP, SMIME, X509, and JWE keys. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong client focus, good organizational abilities, the capability to work under pressure, self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a passion for all aspects of work.
