Client Implementation Specialist

You will be working as a Client Implementation Specialist at Transactional FX, a joint venture between the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) in Bangalore, India. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver FX workflow solutions to clients, ensuring the implementation of TFX solutions on both the CB and IB side of the setup. - Manage the end-to-end execution of FX4Cash implementation deals for CB clients, including customized client business requirements, testing coordination, training/coaching, and setup of technical products in multiple phases. - Understand business economics, drive commercial initiatives, track business performance, run analytical models, and perform product management & risk control activities. - Manage implementation pipelines, migration projects, and relationships with stakeholders. - Identify and resolve potential issues and risks, manage project plans for high-value deals, produce management reporting, and track business KPIs. - Become the Center of Competence for Transactional FX, provide assistance on the implementation process, and work effectively in a global matrix environment. - Technical Skills: Analytical and process-driven with structured work ethics, ability to understand complex technology structures, experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, knowledge of corporate cash management, and experience in analytical tools like Tableau. - Behavioral Skills: Strong English skills, customer orientation, ability to work independently and in a team environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
