Client Implementation & Onboarding Specialist- US Process

As a Client Implementation & Onboarding Specialist for the US Process at Lancetech Solutions, your role involves supporting the onboarding of new clients onto the Retain platform. You will ensure data accuracy, smooth system setup, and a seamless go-live experience for every client. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Validate client data files for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with Retain system standards. - Document and communicate discrepancies to clients for data correction before implementation. - Manage account staggering during go-live to maintain client email domain health. - Execute bulk retractions or data updates based on requests from clients or internal teams. - Conduct monthly audits of client email templates and maintain detailed logs of findings. - Verify and monitor DNS configurations during and post-implementation. - Complete off-boarding checklists when clients discontinue service. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Jira. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly the Retain Retool system. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach. Please note that this is a full-time position based in Gurugram with a shift timing of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
