About the Role
The Client Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding of new clients onto the Retain platform. You’ll ensure data accuracy, smooth system setup, and a seamless go-live experience for every client. This role reports to the Senior Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate client data files for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with Retain system standards.
• Document and communicate discrepancies so clients can correct their data before implementation.
• Manage account staggering during go-live to maintain client email domain health.
• Execute bulk retractions or data updates as requested by clients or internal teams.
• Conduct monthly audits of client email templates and maintain detailed logs of findings.
• Verify and monitor DNS configurations during and post-implementation.
• Complete off-boarding checklists when clients discontinue service.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Jira.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (Retain Retool system).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach.
