Client Executive (B2C Sales)

As a Client Advisor in B2C Sales at NoBroker Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the real estate industry through a technology-driven approach. Your primary responsibility will be to attend qualified leads generated by the Presales team, meeting clients to present tailored options without pressure. By conducting education-based presentations on buying/investment, you will develop rapport with clients, understand their goals, and educate them on property investment and available incentives. Your role will involve relationship management, guiding clients through decision-making processes, and maintaining post-sales communication to nurture long-term relationships. It is essential to represent the NoBroker brand with integrity, consistently adding value to all client interactions. Seeking referrals, networking, and conducting surveys to identify competitive property prices are also part of your responsibilities. Key skills required for this role include a strong ability to convert and close sales, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the location/city, a positive attitude towards daily meetings and sales, experience in direct sales (preferred), the ability to understand prospect requirements and pitch property solutions effectively, passion for the real estate market, and a hunger for sales. A graduation or MBA degree would be an added advantage.
