Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare briefs, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with design, creative, and production teams to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and brand quality standards.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational coordination.
  • Assist the management team in business development and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Coordinator or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
