Panacea Medicolegal is looking for a Client Care & Content Executive with a legal background to join our growing team in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?

✅ Law graduate – ideal for someone who wants to grow in a corporate/legal-advisory setup

✅ Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

✅ Ability to simplify and explain services to doctors and healthcare professionals

✅ Comfortable with follow-ups, client handling, and maintaining professional relationships

✅ Confident on phone and email – can speak clearly, professionally, and with empathy

✅ Good writing skills – capable of creating clear emails, posts, and client messages

✅ Tech-friendly – familiar with MS Excel, Word, basic Google tools

✅ Bonus: Knowledge of insurance, medicolegal terms, or health sector

✅ Bonus: Canva skills – basic content creation/design

Email, WhatsApp Business, Phone Systems

Canva (for simple, clean designs)

Full-time, On-Site (Karol Bagh – No WFH)

Client-facing role with regular follow-ups
