Client Analyst (French Speaking)

As a Client Service Analyst at Numerator, you will play a vital role in supporting sales teams by delivering accurate data outputs and formatting compelling PPT presentations and Excel dashboards based on provided briefs. Your responsibilities will include independently generating precise data outputs through our software, extracting relevant data from various databases, and ensuring the data is appropriately formatted for client and consultant use in PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI. You will also be responsible for creating customer reports, updating and adapting stories, and home pages as needed. Additionally, you may have the option to perform pre-analysis of output data to streamline consultant support. To excel in this role at Numerator, you must be fluent in both French and English, proficient in written and verbal communication in both languages. Your professional skills should include a strong numerical sense, agility with IT tools and numbers, proficiency in the office suite, and mastery of French at level C2. In terms of soft skills, we are looking for individuals with strong responsiveness, autonomy, organization, rigor, proactivity in process improvement, excellent communication abilities, flexibility, and a keen sense of service. Ideally, you are a recent graduate in data science or statistics with prior experience working with data.
