Client Advisor- Sales

Founded in March 2014 by IIT and IIM alumni, NoBroker.com serves over 3 million customers monthly and operates in multiple cities across India. With a team of over 5000 employees and significant funding, the company offers various services including online rental agreements, home services, and home loans. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers via calls, understand their requirements, and convince them to schedule an appointment. - Meet clients, present customized options, and provide an education-based presentation on buying/investment without pressure. - Build relationships with clients, understand their goals, and educate them on property investment and available incentives/strategies. - Manage relationships, guide clients in decision-making, and maintain communication pre and post-sales for long-term relationships. - Uphold the NoBroker brand integrity, consistently adding value to all client interactions. - Seek referrals and actively network to expand your client base. - Conduct property surveys to determine competitive prices. - Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with potential customers effectively. - Ability to build rapport and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions. - Knowledge of the real estate market and property investment strategies. - Proactive attitude towards seeking referrals and expanding client network. - Experience in sales and relationship management is preferred.,
