We work with private hospitals across India, helping them streamline claim processes, minimize errors, and maximize approvals. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for people who are as passionate about impact as they are about innovation. We are looking for an exceptional Trainer who thrives at the intersection of communication, technology, and client success. You'll be the face of knowledge at Settlemed - delivering engaging product trainings, supporting hospitals through onboarding, and empowering teams with the tools and confidence to use our technology seamlessly. This is not a typical training role - we want a self-driven leader who takes complete ownership of deliverables, thinks proactively, and becomes an integral part of our client success journey. Key responsibilities: 1. Deliver structured product training sessions to internal teams and client hospital staff (in-person and virtual). 2. Create impactful training content - presentations, manuals, SOPs, and assessments. 3. Ensure every hospital we onboard is confident and capable of using Settlemed tools from Day 1. 4. Take full responsibility for training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and assessment outcomes. 5. Act as a key communication bridge between clients and product teams - solving doubts, providing clarifications, and collecting feedback. 6. Use tools like Excel, Google Suite, and dashboards to document, track progress, and report outcomes. 7. Bring a 'whatever-it-takes' mindset - whether it's stepping in to support a live client issue, updating a module last-minute, or improving processes independently. Requirements: 1. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi. 2. Proficiency with modern tools - Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, LMS platforms, etc. 3. Strong grasp of technology, ability to explain software features in simple terms. 4. Experience in training, client onboarding, or tech implementation (HealthTech/SaaS preferred). 5. A natural problem solver and multitasker - confident managing multiple clients, timelines, and tasks. 6. Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and ensures completion with excellence.
