Create impactful training content - presentations, manuals, SOPs, and assessments. 3. Ensure every hospital we onboard is confident and capable of using Settlemed tools from Day 1. 4. Take full responsibility for training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and assessment outcomes. 5. Act as a key communication bridge between clients and product teams - solving doubts, providing clarifications, and collecting feedback. 6. Use tools like Excel, Google Suite, and dashboards to document, track progress, and report outcomes. 7. Bring a 'whatever-it-takes' mindset - whether it's stepping in to support a live client issue, updating a module last-minute, or improving processes independently. Requirements: 1. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi. 2. Proficiency with modern tools - Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, LMS platforms, etc. 3. Strong grasp of technology, ability to explain software features in simple terms. 4. Experience in training, client onboarding, or tech implementation (HealthTech/SaaS preferred). 5. A natural problem solver and multitasker - confident managing multiple clients, timelines, and tasks. 6. Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and ensures completion with excellence.
