Job Description

As a Client Account Lead in the Utilities sector at Accenture, your role involves identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the energy industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative energy solutions, expand service offerings, and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the development and implementation of renewable energy platforms to provide clients with access to clean energy solutions. - Strategizing and optimizing sales channels for Commercial and Industrial customers, ensuring alignment with their sustainability and energy efficiency objectives. - Co-defining sustainability strategies and digitalization roadmaps for clients to facilitate their energy transformation. - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with technical and commercial considerations to maximize impact. - Cultivating partnerships with industry stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing for advancing renewable energy initiatives. Your professional and technical skills should include: - Rich experience in the Power & Utility industry with in-depth knowledge of industry, digital, and technology trends. - Demonstrated experience in client relations management at a C-suite level or senior management level within the industry. - 11+ years of consulting and account management experience, with a preference for domestic consulting experience. - Experience working in a consulting firm and with C-level executives at client organizations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 11+ years of experience in the industry. - Educational background: Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or post-graduate degree in Management (PGDM) from premier institutes is preferred.
