Clerk cum Computer Operator

The clerk-cum-computer operator and tender work is a versatile administrative position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and specific experience in managing the end-to-end tender process

Key responsibilitiesComputer operation and data management

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Generate reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Manage digital filing systems and archives to ensure easy access to important documents.
• Troubleshoot basic computer and software issues, and assist other staff with computer-related queries.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Clerical and administrative duties
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and paperwork.
• Assist with general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and providing support to other departments.
• Draft and type official letters, memos, and other office documents.
• Tender management
• Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities on government e-procurement portals (like the Central Public Procurement Portal and Government e-Marketplace) and other platforms.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all necessary tender documents, ensuring compliance with specified guidelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, and technical) to gather required information, documents, and specifications for bid proposals.
