Job Description

Age limit:20 to 30.
Administrative Tasks:Handle general administrative duties such as managing the office filing system, photocopying, scanning, and sorting mail.
Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and other inquiries, and prepare and distribute documents.
Record Keeping:Enter data into databases, maintain accurate and organized records, and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Scheduling & Logistics:Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, sometimes including making logistical arrangements for events or travel.
Office Operations:Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Customer Service:Provide professional and high-quality customer service to both internal colleagues and external clients or the public.
Team Support:Support managers and colleagues by providing administrative assistance and collaborating to achieve organizational goals.
