Cleaning Staff cum Office Assisstant

Role Overview

We Lord Krishna Builders are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to manage daily cleaning activities and provide basic office support. The role ensures a clean, organized workplace and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain office premises, common areas, toilets, pantry, and workstations.
• Ensure regular dusting, mopping, sweeping, and waste disposal.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Office Assistance

• Serve water, tea, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic document handling.
• Support in organizing files, office materials, and stationery.
• Help with small errands within the office premises.
• Receive/deliver couriers and manage simple office tasks.

Requirements

• Basic communication skills (Malayalam preferred).
• Good physical fitness and willingness to do cleaning work.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and polite attitude.
• Previous experience in cleaning/housekeeping/office assistant roles is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• 9 AM – 5.30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

• Commercial cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
