Job Description

the releasesis periods Ad Hoc Scripting assignments (GEL, XOG) Assist with escalations/troubleshooting from the team Building data stores/reports using the new Clarity reporting tool (requires decent SQL knowledge) Revamp/revise training materials Daily ServiceNow tickets PPMAdmin emails (including coaching the senders to use SNow) Address issues reported by Regos monitoring Ensuring data populated/correct for new/changed resources in IT Organization Weekly (at least weekly) Participate in RITM management process (creating/converting/retiring) Open/close time periods Monthly Financial extracts Assist in ensuring Resource data aligns with org chart / Master Quarterly Understand and evaluate changes in upcoming release; communicate/coordinate as appropriate
