Role & responsibilities Description:- 1) Should have complete theoretical knowledge of CRM modules like D365 Sales, D365 Service, D365 Marketing, Field Service and implementation experience in at least 2 of these modules 2) Should be well acquainted with Power Platform. Should have extensive knowledge on portals and Power Automate. 3) Knowledge in portal customization using portal studio, modifying portal UI ( html, css, bootstrap), liquid JS will be preferred 4) Should be well versed with Plugins, workflows, actions, javascripts, charts, dashboards 5) Should have knowledge in creating reports using SSRS 6) Should know how to do Data Migration using SSIS and third party tools like Kingsway, Scribe, etc 7) Should have worked on Integrations extensively. Should know both classic and azure integrations in theory 8) Should have practical knowledge in writing web api and web services 9) Should have basic experience on Azure and its components such as Logic apps, function apps, Azure App service, S2S authentication, etc. 10) Certifications in MB 400 would be a good addition 11) Should know how to prepare technical design document and other technical documents
