Telecom CRM, Order Management, and Business Portals operation support experience for at least 10+ years with any leading telecom operator
Experience in leading Amdocs Clarify Operation team for at least 4 years
Experience in leading Operations for business portal applications for telecom industrye
Extensive knowledge in ClearBasic, PL/SQL, Java/C#, Shell scripting/Perl
Responsible for -
o Order to cash flow
o Manage fallouts
o Case management
o Provisioning
Well versed with ITSM processes, Tools like Jira and ServiceNow
Expertise in Unix, PL/SQL and Cron/Batch Job scheduling is mandatory.
Knowledge of AppDynamics is desirable
Good understanding of core Amdocs Clarify modules will be added advantage

o ClearBasic
o Rule Manager
o Form Editor
o Data Dictionary Editor
Work in 24 x 7 shift.
