Role Overview As a Claims Service Manager – Motor Claims, you will play a key role in managing and processing motor insurance claims efficiently and fairly. Your experience in the insurance industry or as a motor surveyor will help ensure accurate claim assessments and a smooth customer journey. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle motor claims registration, documentation, and end-to-end processingCoordinate with surveyors, garages, and investigators for claim assessment and verificationEnsure timely and fair settlement of claims in line with internal policies and regulatory normsSupport the team in identifying potential fraud and recommending corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and support audit and compliance processes What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in motor insurance claims or as a vehicle surveyorStrong knowledge of motor claim processes, vehicle damage assessment, and insurance regulationsGood communication and coordination skills to work with external partners and internal teamsAutomobile Engineering Graduate or Diploma degree required
