Job Description

We are hiring a Claims Executive to support and manage our claims operations. The role involves end-to-end claim registration, maintaining accurate records, tracking documentation, and generating timely reports. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good coordination skills, and prior experience in claims or insurance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register insurance claims in the internal system with complete and accurate details.
  • Maintain and update the internal claims tracker regularly.
  • Ensure all required documents for claims are collected and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly claims reports as per internal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data accuracy and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations.
  • Good working knowledge of Advance Excel for MIS reporting and record maintenance.
  • Ability to handle documentation and follow-ups independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
