As an Insurance Claim Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the CIA & Sales team with insurance claims handling. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing insurance claims that have been rejected by insurance companies - Escalating cases to the grievance cell, IRDA, Ombudsman, etc. - Guiding the CIA in proper documentation for claims - Identifying instances of fraud or misrepresentation In your secondary role, you will be tasked with: - Managing MIS effectively - Educating the CIA/Sales team on claim management practices Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM degree - Area of Expertise in Communication & Coordination Experience Needed: - Minimum of 24 months Location: - Surat Preferred Gender: - Any Function: - Product (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
