1) Graduate / MBA / DIPLOMA with Computer Knowledge.
2) Experience 5 Years or Above in Passenger Car Dealership.
3) Location – Patrapada, Bhubaneswar.
4) Salary – Gross Rs 20,000 To Rs 25,000.00 per Month
5) Oversee all warranty, service contract, and potentially insurance/collision claims from submission to resolution.
6) Coordinate with manufacturers (for warranty), insurance adjusters, technicians, parts department, and finance/insurance (F&I).
7) Lead and train service advisors/administrators on claim procedures, quality, and customer service.
8) Act as the main point for escalated customer complaints, ensuring fair and prompt solutions.
9) Ensure all claims meet legal, company, and insurer requirements.
10) Maintain accurate claim files, analyse claim data for trends, and report to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
