Civil Supervisor

Job Title:

Experience Required:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for civil construction works (industrial structures, foundations, sheds, etc.).
  
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
  
• Monitor contractor/labour performance and ensure quality workmanship.
  
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery effectively to meet deadlines.
  
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
  
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote safe working practices at site.
  
• Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, or delays proactively.
  
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and company procedures.
  
• Support project management in planning, estimation, and material reconciliation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with 515 years of experience in

  industrial construction projects

  (factories, warehouses, power plants, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  industrial RCC structures, Reinforcement, Shuttering, foundation works, and finishing activities.

• Hands-on experience in site supervision, labour management, and quality control.
  
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
  
• Good communication and leadership skills.
  
• Willing to relocate or travel to project sites as required.
