Senior Civil Engineer Supervisor Full-Time

Employment Type:

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on site.
  
• Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and take corrective actions if required.
  
• Supervise RCC works, foundations, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Maintain and review daily site records, measurements, and progress reports in

  MS Excel

  .
• Mentor junior staff and guide them in proper site execution practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and relevant building codes.
  

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma may be considered with extensive experience).
  

• 5–10 years of experience

  in civil construction supervision, preferably in RCC and institutional/warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and construction materials.
  
• Ability to read, interpret, and supervise execution as per architectural and structural drawings.
  

• Rough/basic knowledge of AutoCAD

  for reading/modifying drawings.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for reports, measurements, and progress tracking.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
• Knowledge of

  IS codes, quality standards, and safety norms

  .

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple sites or teams.
  
• Experience in school building projects or warehouse/industrial construction.
  
• Ability to train and guide junior supervisors and site engineers.
