Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of experience in the infrastructure or construction industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-site supervision and ensuring work progress as per project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities. · Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety, and quality standards. · Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors. · Monitor and report daily work progress to the project manager. · Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. · Handle site-level documentation and reporting. Requirements: · Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. · Minimum 1–2 years of relevant site experience. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
