Position Overview

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing civil construction and maintenance work at the company’s site. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen with strong leadership, discipline, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works at site including construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and site discipline.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Report daily progress to management and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Retired Ex-Servicemen with relevant experience will be given preference.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle workforce with discipline and fairness.
