Civil Supervisor

Job Responsibilities – Civil Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Review drawings and plans, and ensure work is executed as per approved designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
• Inspect quality of work and perform quality checks to meet client requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and guidelines.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team as needed.

Key Requirements for Posting:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction safety, and quality standards.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
