Civil Structural Engineer

As a Junior Engineer (Civil Structural) at Paradigm IT Private Limited, you will be reporting to the Team Leader/Senior Engineer and working at our Kochi office on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be a vital member of our team, contributing as a Probationary Engineer. We are actively looking for candidates with a Diploma/BTech/MTech background in Civil Engineering to embark on this full-time opportunity. This position is designed to offer civil engineering graduates a platform to gain hands-on experience and work on impactful projects within the civil engineering domain. Your responsibilities as a Junior Engineer will include executing assigned drafting, designing, modeling, and checking tasks with a comprehensive understanding of the structures. You are expected to deliver high-quality work within specified timeframes, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place as per client and ISO requirements. Collaboration with the team, compliance with evolving company policies, and upholding confidentiality agreements are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be involved in guiding and supporting your team members in their tasks and may be required to communicate with clients when directed by the Team Leader or in urgent situations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma/BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering, with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
