Job Info / Job Description:

Hands on experience in structural, modelling, checking and detailing of structural steel building, commercial and industrial buildings, platforms, staircases, handrails, pipe-rack, conveyer, ladder, truss, structural skid, Anchor Bolt Location Plan, Steel Floor, Roof Framing Plans, Steel Columns and Beams, Steel Braces, Stairs Stringers, Grating Steels, supports & various structures.

Develop civil and structural drawings, models, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Staadpro, Tekla, Revit, or similar software.

Create reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structure detailing, including rebar schedules, fabrication, and erection drawings.

Residential Building Focus:

 Understanding of residential building codes and construction methods.

 Experience in drafting plans for single-family homes, townhouses, or apartments.

 Knowledge of residential architectural styles and design elements.

Responsibilities:

 Translating architectural designs into accurate CAD drawings.

 Modifying and updating drawings based on client feedback.

 Creating 3D models for client presentations and marketing materials.

 Maintaining organized digital files.

 Communicating effectively with clients and project managers via email, phone, or video conferencing.

Essential Skills:

 Strong attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently.

 Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Preferred Skills: *AutoCAD, *SketchUp, *Staadpro, Tekla, Revit, Ms office, Ms Excel

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
