JOB TITLE: STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN/WOMAN - Freshers

Structural Draftsman/Woman Job Description:

We require structural draftspersons well versed with structural drawings on AutoCAD 2000 and 2024 to work on a variety of building projects in our offices. Candidates must be well-versed with preparing RCC and structural steel drawings.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design concepts and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Review and interpret project specifications, contracts, and design documents to prepare accurate drawings
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions, ensuring designs are feasible and practical
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions, ensuring version control and accessibility
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Diploma / Degree in civil engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or similar BIM software
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Freshers with basic knowledge of software tools are welcome to apply

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

• Deep expertise in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication
